These terms govern the repair services provided by Deux-Rives Appliance Repair. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms below.
Deux-Rives Appliance Repair provides in-home diagnosis and repair of household appliances across Laval, Longueuil, and surrounding areas on the North and South Shore.
Service availability depends on your location, appliance type, and parts availability. We will always tell you before your visit if we expect any limitation.
When you book, we schedule an arrival window and confirm it by phone. Please ensure an adult is present and the appliance is accessible during the window.
If we cannot reach the appliance or no one is available, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment (see our Cancellation Policy).
A service-call fee applies to each visit and covers travel and on-site diagnosis. Where a repair proceeds, this fee is credited toward the total as described at the time of booking.
We provide a flat-rate quote before performing any repair. Work only begins once you approve the quote.
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.
Prices include applicable taxes as required by law in Québec.
Deux-Rives is responsible for the workmanship of the repairs we perform, as covered by our Warranty. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, unrelated failures, or damage caused by misuse, power events, or third-party work.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
